Rules for SOLVI wallets, RMB transfers, bill payments, receipts, support, and account security.
Service scope
SOLVI provides Naira wallet services, RMB transfer initiation, withdrawals, bill payments, receipts, beneficiaries, support, and account tools.
RMB transfers are pending until SOLVI or an authorized admin confirms delivery to the selected recipient account or QR destination.
Customer responsibility
You must provide accurate personal, KYC, bank, QR, recipient, and authorization PIN information.
You are responsible for confirming that recipient details belong to the intended recipient before submitting a transaction.
Rates, fees, and timing
Rates, fees, and processing times may change based on market conditions, provider availability, risk controls, and operational review.
Estimated processing windows are not guarantees where compliance checks, provider delays, network issues, or incorrect details affect completion.
Restrictions
SOLVI may delay, reject, freeze, restrict, reverse, or request more information where required by law, provider rules, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, or risk controls.
Privacy Policy

How SOLVI collects, uses, protects, shares, and retains personal, device, KYC, support, and transaction data.
Data collected
SOLVI collects account details, contact information, KYC information, bank details, wallet balances, transactions, beneficiaries, support messages, device information, notification tokens, and security events.
Use of data
Data is used to operate wallets, process transfers and withdrawals, provide support, generate receipts, verify identity, comply with AML/CFT obligations, prevent fraud, keep audit records, and improve the product.
Sharing
SOLVI does not sell customer data. Data may be shared with banks, KYC providers, payment partners, regulators, law enforcement, auditors, and professional advisers where required for lawful operations.
Rights and retention
Customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability subject to applicable law.
Some records may be retained for financial regulation, AML/CFT, fraud, taxation, accounting, dispute, audit, or legal reasons.
Refund and Reversal Policy

When SOLVI can refund, reverse, reject, or hold transactions and what customers must provide.
Wallet funding
Naira wallet funding is credited after incoming bank transfer matching and provider settlement.
Funds from unverifiable or third-party sources may be delayed, rejected, or returned to source after review.
RMB transfers
If RMB has not been delivered and a transaction fails review or payout, the Naira value may be returned to the customer wallet after checks.
If RMB has already been sent to the supplied recipient details, reversal may not be possible.
Withdrawals
Naira withdrawals are paid to verified local bank accounts. Failed withdrawals are returned to wallet after provider confirmation.
Fees
Provider, bank, and operational fees may be non-refundable once a provider has processed the transaction.
AML/CFT and Sanctions Policy

SOLVI controls for anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, PEP, fraud, and reporting.
Screening
SOLVI may screen customers and activity for sanctions, PEP, adverse media, risky behavior, velocity patterns, large values, recipient risk, device anomalies, and compliance triggers.
Due diligence
SOLVI may require identity verification, selfie checks, bank verification, source of funds, source of wealth, enhanced due diligence, or business documents.
Suspicious activity
SOLVI may generate alerts and compliance reports for suspicious transactions, fraud signals, high-risk profiles, sanctions matches, and repeated failed attempts.
PND and freeze controls
SOLVI may place post-no-debit restrictions, freeze funds, block withdrawals, pause transfers, or require manual review when thresholds or legal requirements are triggered.
Risk and Account Controls Policy

How SOLVI evaluates customer risk and applies fraud, security, restriction, and manual review controls.
Risk scoring
SOLVI may assign risk at onboarding and continuously update it using KYC status, transaction behavior, failed attempts, wallet activity, beneficiary changes, device signals, and compliance events.
Controls
Controls may include alerts, velocity flags, temporary holds, quote refresh requirements, PIN prompts, biometric prompts, and restriction recommendations.
Customer protection
SOLVI may notify customers about security events, pending transfers, completed transfers, failed transactions, unusual activity, and required verification steps.
Transaction Limits and Fees Policy

How SOLVI applies limits, fees, minimum amounts, exchange rates, KYC levels, and review thresholds.
Limit rules
Limits may be based on KYC level, wallet balance, customer risk profile, transaction history, source of funds, recipient type, provider route, and regulatory requirements.
RMB transfers
The app may enforce minimum RMB amounts, quote expiry windows, rate tiers, and recipient checks before transfer submission.
Fees
Funding, withdrawal, service, provider, and operational fees may apply and are displayed where available before submission.
Controls
SOLVI may reject duplicate submissions, expired quotes, incorrect authorization PINs, insufficient balances, and suspicious transaction patterns.
