How long does an RMB transfer take?
Most transfers complete within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours. Your transfer stays visible as pending until our operations team confirms the payout has landed with your recipient, and you get a notification the moment it completes.
What is the minimum I can send?
CNY 50 per transfer. There is no maximum on the app itself, though larger transfers may require identity verification and an extra confirmation step for your protection.
How do I fund my Naira wallet?
SOLVI generates a personal Naira account for you inside the app. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank account in your own name and the funds appear in your wallet automatically, with a push notification when they land.
Is my money safe?
Payments are processed through licensed partners, your login is separate from the transaction PIN that approves every money action, and unusual activity triggers an extra verification step. You can also enable fingerprint or Face ID sign-in.
